Two unrlated thoughts while sitting looking out of my window at about 9:45 this morning

"

                 Last night - departing moon

                 Now these bright walls

                 Slate dark the rooves

                 This autumn winter thing





 

                 Final leaves are frantic

                 While underfoot they melt

                 They must watch each other

                 Wondering on being
