A Poem by Michael Oliver
"

There is a shrine in the Ashmoleum - Egyptian that makes me confront those areas in myself which are often unspoken

"
Gods become -etched from the pale sandstone
A formal walk of deities in procession
A wheaten cone - a supplication - is considered
Accepted - the offered bread - confirms a  presence

See my bestowed silence in this timely cloak
See me revealed as your beliefs revelation
Questioned - understood -the inarticulate - 'I was'
My unfathomed -'Am' - in this perpetual frame

the way you describe an Am- is intriguing and blending of philosophical from hues,
many archetype faces to place one brush stroke on/
but the way you take to your vow of the unknown makes the silent man understood..great piece
