July again

July again

A Poem by Michael Oliver

Solid sunlight while leaves hold stillness
Somewhere blooms fragrant cloud the air
Open windows allow a flowing density
Eternal day motionless and breath thick

Such days I once had family
Such days I once had clarity
Such days I once was deluded
Such this day touched my mortality
