They all inhale, but the one taking the shallowest breath is number four. Generating people from raw emotion has an appeal. Supposedly two people generate a third person from the emotion of love or at least passion, but this mad scientist can conjure up a being by getting the fish sandwich instead of the Big Mac at the drive through. Lots of possibilities there.

Nice outline for story. Good to outline your writing and goal. Give you a place to head and end.

Idea 1: Okay. 2/5 Fairly standard idea. Would depend on the strength of your protagonist/antagonist to make it stand out.

Idea 2: Good. 3/5. Nice idea, but don't have an evil lunatic. That robs your antagonist of all responsibility and makes him too cliched. Give him some characteristics that can make him somewhat understandable as to why he acts the way he does.

Idea 3: Good 3/5. Nice idea, but you will need to be clear what the path of the story will be.

Idea 4: Okay. 2/5. Interesting, but you will need to know what the threat is.

Idea 5: Weak. 1/5

Idea 6: Weak. 1/5

Idea 7: Okay. 2/5

Ideas 2 and 3 are the strongest, in my opinion. In fact, you might combine the two.

Hope that helps.
