This feels as if written in a quite traditional "love story" way . . . and I'm sorry to say I'm not into traditional love story type poetry. After how effusive you have been about every single thing I write, I hate to say it, but I have to be honest. I go for a love affair with a bit more pizazz & something unexpected to knock my socks off. But this is the kind of traditional writing that gets the hearts thumping inside many more readers than anything I can ever write! (((HUGS)))

Never hate to say the truth, my friend. What kind of world would this be if we all wrote the same things and liked the same things. It would sure be boring. You never know, one day I may change my way of writing. Only ti e will tell on that one. Have a wonderful evening. Hugs always....Mike.
It's an eloquent narrative that would make Lestat proud. Enjoyed and welcome

a very sensual write, and this reminds me of the version of Dracula with Frank Langella and Kate Nelligan...
such a different, more romantic version...
and this one shows such respect he has for her.
love it.

It is funny, I had just watched that version with a few others before I started writing the series. I already knew how my Vampyre would be. Have a wonderful evening.,,,Mike.
Oh! it's a series I didn't know, but truth after knowing that I appreciate it more and understand the piece I previously read more, I love this one, again your smooth rhythm is great BUT for this sentence "in regal splendour, in dignity" I give the crown! how come I NEVER composed that one? for me it's gorgeously outstanding, revealing the essence of a real woman.

Yes, it is a series of Vampyre poems. I just forgot to put that down on a pair of marble angels. Your critique is important to me. It is always my idea, to try and give my thoughts a life of their own. I love to let the heart sing. Hugs....Mike.
