Nostalgia

Nostalgia

A Poem by Mia Lewis

And I feel it, again.

It slowly seeps down my throat,

Lodging itself deep in my chest,

Where it resides.

Nostalgia.

Ah, old friend, where have you been?

I've been looking for you, but my mind has forgotten

Exactly who you are.

Perhaps we haven't met.

But I miss you still the same.

I liked this. We don't know what we will feel nostalgic about in the next few years. What's coming that will affect us so much that we'll feel nostalgic about it.

You're the second person today on this website that made me think. Y’all stop that.
