hold your breath

I heard that if you hold your breath you're like as much to starve to death.

The mind a fickle thing has one hard wire.

To kill oneself by lack of breath would take more than mindpower.

To force the issue they suggest.

plastic bag equals loss of breath.

You might as well dive into deep water.

but i cant help but wonder…

if mind alone can be the sword I fall on.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see when next I log on...
