Your touch sends shivers down my
spine So gentle, warm, and delicately
refined It’s a fresh breath of air when I
see your face
Your smile incites a flame inside Rekindles the passion every time I can’t resist the excitement I break down
I cry, when I make you ache, and I want to always be by your side
∴ ∥ ∴ ∥ ∴
Cry out to the ones that blame
you Reach out to the ones that scar
you Give in to the one-sided version
of a
∴ ∥ ∴ ∥ ∴
Tied to a secret with no desire
to keep it In open light, we commune the lives
we lead No chains nor whips, no venomous
words taint our flesh and bone
∴ ∥ ∴ ∥ ∴
It’s just another holocaust,
driving out the truth Controlled by a small few They give us a false idea of the
s**t going on today Tales of heroics, of fallen
heroes
