I’ll Be There Part 1

 

I can only imagine

What you’re going through right now

And you smile so I don’t see the pain inside

 

And right from the beginning

You never let them bring you down

And I’ll be there, so all these feelings

Great write! I liked how honest and heartfelt you came across as in this piece, and when I was reading it, it almost felt like you were speaking directly to the reader, which made it a really intimate and personal read. In some ways, I felt like the first half of the poem was a lot stronger than the second half, although overall, I thought this was a really solid piece. Nice work,

Try taking the That I'll be there from behind Remember. It should add some more drama and emphasis on the statement that you don't get from the repetition.
