Peacocks

Peacocks

A Poem by MH900

Darwin has issues with male peacocks

And here is why.

Their tails bring them down,

But the ladies keep them around.

By choosing males

With pretty tails

All the others fail.

Beware of extremes.

Tails too long

Causes predators

To sing

A joyous song.

Their lips will smack,

One long tailed peacock

Will not come back.

This is just a silly piece. It is supposed to sound overdone and goofy.
