Near Death

Near Death

A Poem by Marshall Hanson

the sweet and cold
kiss of death
how I long for your touch again
how you intoxicated me
with numbness I never knew

shedding my humanity
becoming one with the light
oh how I long for that october night
when I lost my life
only to be found again
two weeks later in a hospital bed

About
I like words I like discussing. Everything. I like & dislike procrastinating at the same time. I can't not do it. I like esoteric things as much as I like scientific. I like to know. I .. more..
