Wow! Amazing it just so good and i think i figured it out. like the red is strong and powerful but it has no other meaning without the rest of the black words surronding it. Like a community.
Another thing is that blood is red and so it symbols death; and you are trying to say that death is not he most important thing around us, we have all these little joys of life that come and go and if we keep our focus on them there is a good chance for happiness. We shouldn't just skip the text to look for the big bad stuff but enjoy the small things when they come and go. life continues after THE RED, it's in the middle of your life and it feels so big but life goes on like the text does.
Hope one of these are what you meant and if not then i just thought of other meanings, haha!!
I would love to know what you actually meant so i'm hoping you send me a message if you don't want to spoil the truth here.

Very good! I think that you are trying to explain that red us just a color just like black or blue or any other shade yet we are naturally drawn to it as its more... appealing.

It tells you to not look at THE RED but yet, you somehow end up looking at it after all. Signifies the beauty and charm of some things in life which even if we try to deviate our eyes from, we fail in doing that.

This was an interesting piece and had quite food for thought. :)

Look beyond what you initially see for the deeper meaning. It was a very good poem.
Things can mean something different depending on the viewer.
