The Dark Side of the Sun

Don't know where this came from...liked it though.

‘Round the dark side of the sun,

I found thee waiting

With my bleeding broken heart,

Still anticipating

In this blackened void,

They can’t here my screaming

This new home I’ve found,

Is just like the one I’m leaving

Now the stars are crashing down,

Can you hear me?

Flash across the sky,

And become one with the sea

Now that I’m standing here,

Will you hold me high?

Will you give me some place,

To rest my weary eyes

This is where I lost all my hope,

And then I found it again

Lost in your eyes,

And held tight by your hands

Very interesting poem. It flowed really well. It was an enjoyable read.
