CHANGING FACES

CHANGING FACES

A Poem by Mercsa
"

I got this inspiration from my poetry who had shaved his hair for the first time. During a poetry class he gave us the topic changing faces to write a poem on it. Based on his looks I got to write it

"
Once you looked like a tattered cloth
Your mouth and your face looked dry
From your looks, one could see the world was coming to an end.
The looks on you face could kill a bird just from a glance.
Now, your dried mouth looks like a wet towel
Your face glows like the star
The smile on your face can save millions of restless souls.
Your new look can cause an earthquake
You shine like the sun
A wink from you can dim the moon
Your face brightens every dark place
You now look like a glowing star
