Pioneer your purpose.

Pioneer your purpose.

A Poem by Mercelus
"

We all recognize the powers in the world and how they abuse their powers. The time has come to overcome.

"
Feeding into the propaganda.
The perpetual persuasions
Of politicians and private parties.
Perhaps the populations of powerless pedestrians
parading over the power-mongering persons of proeeminence
should pose persevering proposals?
Only by pushing perspectives can the powerless prevail.
Proded and plundered,
Pulled prom pleasant places.
The time has come to push past polluted prospects.
Form paramont present and planned predicaments.
prescribe purposeful perceptions worth protecting.
Peek past politicians and private parties.
Push progressive points.
Power over the preponderance.
Perpetual persuasions only persuade persons purposeless.
Pioneer a plan,
Promote the plebeians
Become the preponderance.

I think you over-used your alliterations here, a bit. Also, the shift from statements to a "call-to-arms" midway through the piece is a bit jarring and could use some buildup. I like the concept, but I cannot help but think that maybe you could have benefited from the use of suffixes. I think you avoided them here, but you closed yourself off from the inertia the rhyming flow would have given you. Great piece, however.

Great sense of alliteration and somehow using the "p" as a plosive--as a powerful consonant really adds to the piece!

Good poem , the abuse of power . Politics is about power and greed . Politcians like the monarchy of the past should be consigned to the rubbish heap of history.

If only all the people of all Nations could think with their hearts and see the world as well as its inhabitants as one populace working together, we indeed would find Utopia. Politics reeks with greed and ulterior motives and unfortunately it is never the masses that benefit from their ideals. A creative poem filled with a creative solution..well done
