Thinking

Thinking

A Poem by linear

In this the old ways can never shine

They may linger

Wait a little while

But sooner than one person can blink

it's gone

And all that's left is the paper and ink!

I know this is so true, I miss the old ways, days when I could say what I thought and what I thought seemed important. I sit and think how did I get here, why did I let this happen to us, I do only blame myself, but you see... there is no way to get there from here...no way back and no way forward, I'm not here, but he is too important to me to just leave and toss him out with the ink as if he never mattered at all.
