Waiting, wanting, longing for me

Wishing there was a friend I could chat with

When I'm lonely

Go out with

Share stories with

Holidays

Christmas

Thanksgiving 

Halloween

All alone

It starts to throb

It starts to ache 

My heart hurts

It starts to break

It is a longing for some warmth

Yet warmth is not around

It is a longing for a friendship

But no friend appears

That is loneliness

Wishing someone was here
