Unknown love

Unknown love

A Poem by melopanda
"

I just had to let this out.

"
I never wanted to hurt you, I just wanted to love you.
This was never a game, but with my religion, this love felt like shame.

Time passes,
the pain multiplied in masses.

You said you want to die and wither, then you spat something bitter,
so now I'm not with her.

Sometimes love is best left alone,
because the only one who can love the most, is your own.
If they come back they are yours, but maybe not to hold.
Either way, love still is and always will be unknown.
