That one word

That one word

A Poem by melopanda
"

An ex friend of mine that I fell in love with, but she left me for another girl.

"
I don't know what to say to you,
I want to hold onto you and let you go at the same time, but look at this lifetime.
Do I see you in it? Or are you on the sidelines?
I'm growing inside and outside, do you see? Or are you too busy?
Would you even make time for me? Or will I just wait in threes?
Three days, three weeks, three months, it doesn't matter to me.
I want you to be happy, I really really do.
But where does that leave me?
