Lord, I Give You Everything

This is a promise written in poem form

 

 

 

  Lord, I give you my past

and all the shame that goes

with it. I give you the

pain I've suffered and the

hate I feel to those who

caused it. I give it to you

because you offer healing

to those who need it.

         I NEED IT!

Lord, I give you my past!

 

 

  Lord, You have my present

and all the confusion and pain.

You know how I've suffered,

how I've cried myself to sleep.

But you know the purpose,

the point for my suffering.

You have it because you offer

peace to those who need it.

            I NEED IT!

Lord, You have my present.

 

   Lord, You know my future

and the joy that lies ahead.

You know the people I'll help

and those who will help me.

You know the difference I'll

make in the lives of others

and the joy i can give them.

I believe you know my future

because you created it.

   I GIVE YOU MY FUTURE!

Lord, I give you my everything.
