Always and Forever

This is a poem my girlfriend and I wrote together. I hope it's good to you, the reader(s).

The first day we met
Was a night I won't soon forget

I was walking toward you
And my entire body was nervous

I saw you and told myself
To keep my tongue in my mouth

I noticed how you were dressed
All black, looking handsome

And I saw your eyes
The proof that angels live

You took my hand
And kissed me for the first time

Savoring the sweet taste of Heaven
And the softness of your lips

I bit my lower lip
Feeling such a spark

And I could feel
Was the beating of my heart

Later that night,
you held me in your arms

All I ever wanted was you
And I desired to make that clear to you

We’ve come a long way to get here
And our hearts knew it

And under the moonlit night
We made the sweetest love a couple could make

I fell in love with him all over again
I could never forget this moment

And though our time together didn't even add up to a day
We loved an eternity's worth

From that day on
Was the beginning of two hearts

And despite its ups and downs, twists and turns
I could never have found a better woman

We continue to live day by day
And only growing stronger

I love you so very much my love
Every day I am with you is just another blessing

I love you so much too
Always and Forever

2 things

1) The first two lines are mine, and the next two are hers. Every two lines we switched.
2) Keep in mind, for some reason, we decided to stop talking TO each other in the poem and then go right back to it. It's HER fault, okay? LOL ;)

Oh I really like this! You can feel the emotion, and glimpse the power in your love... really wonderful. I also liked how you two switched every two lines too, it was great to see both sides' feelings for eachother. Again, superb job!
