This is a very nice piece about transformation and separation. The illusory images we have, that we carry in memory and how they don't always fit with our present selves. Very mature thoughts for someone your age, but understandable consider the stage of your life. I think you could edit this line though to make it more clear, "but reality is that is the past" to "but 'in' reality that is the past". Good stuff.
