Barren CloudsA Poem by M RaiThe poem reflects the harmful effects of smoking.
Smog
curls up in fruity air From
murky breaths released And
the smoke of tobacco twirls Dancing
from masses to burning up In
desertion of breeze
Foggy
rings and reek pregnant With
somber messages of Luminosity
blinding, Music
deafening, Love
betraying, Lust
bursting
Tongues
scissored with Whiffs
of rich flavors, Poisoning
thoughts, Polluting
life
Bleak
and arid clouds Pledge
to mizzle and drizzle Cradle
instead barrenness © 2016 M Rai |
