Are you listening now?

Are you listening now?

A Poem by Megan Danielle Kelley
"

I wrote this in the middle of the night because of a dream I had .

"
are you listening now? Sweat drips from her brow she has become sick of this It has to end now The saddness must be dissmissed the pain, the anger, the hate it all must seice to exist or she’ll be insane by twenty-eight just another name on the list as she glances at her deep incisions she whimpers a bit has she learned her lesson? no? , I guess this is it gun to her perspiring head finger on the darkened trigger she hears the phone on her bed walks to it with an awkward swagger her beloved one speaks three. solid. words. I love you, with crisp pronunciation The tears come in large herds He is her life inspiration
