Trapped

Trapped

A Poem by meganelizabeth23

Enclosed in the room of white,

Trapped here for another year,

No way out and no way in until she found me,

Her home is my sanctuary,

My home away from home,

A new motherly figure,

There I find happiness and love,

I find safety and acceptance,

There I find a FAMILY...

Very good job! You're a really good writer and you should not stop! This poem I thought was well put together with the internal rhyme in the second line. Also the way you capitalized family at the end adds more creativity. Keep up the good work Megan!

A very good expression of emotion, ranging from sadness to a real sense of comfort.
Well done.
