For Better or Worse

For Better or Worse

A Poem by Drowning with Stars

I wish you wouldn’t waste your heart

On the ones that’ll only give you scars

But if this what you have to do

Then that’s okay, I’ll wait for you

And I know there’s a part of you that still loves me

And one day that part will win over, you'll see... I'll see

Cause I believe that we were meant to be

And for better or worse

Whether it’s a blessing or a curse

I’ll love you.

About
What I love about poetry is that it's completely personal. Not only to the writer, but the same poem also means something a little different to every single reader, the same way a song is different to.. more..
