The First TimeA Poem by medvixenOn a full moon night We took the long way home Chasing souls Chasing bodies We twirled and danced, Spreading our hues In the streets Overcoming our blues His virility, His gentlemanliness, His eyes, Were my dragging force Walking down the street, Our eyes linked, lips weren’t speaking Oh! The colour, the deepness! Tonight, he wanted me! He wanted my body Resisted; being a gentleman Consent? . . . Is that a question?? ‘The Look’ is enough! The abode was mine The vibes were his! The pressure of his lips against mine, The heat of his body, The zephyr from his neb, Was touching my soul. Our hearts were beating, Beating so hard, Made a rhythm The rhythm of love We were in love We got consumed We were making love A feeling no less than a drug The pace was slow The emotions had a flow But the question was; Lights on or off? The moon was there A pumpkin it was The lights were switched off Bodies were colliding, Colliding under the sheets Naked as our souls… His shoulders, so broad, His arms, so strong, His love, so passionate. His biceps were curled around me He took my face in hands Our lips puckered! His eyes, still asking for consent! And then came the time, When for the first time, I felt him, I felt him inside me… Our souls were one, Now our bodies were too. We were breathing, Chest to chest! Beat with beat! Oh! That night… That beautiful night! When we had ‘it’ For the first time. © 2019 medvixen |
