i shoulda known you were like the rest
i shoulda known youd rip my heart from my chest
i shoulda known wed have a kid
i shoulda known that we would end
i shoulda known id be alone
but somehow i know id pull through
and now i know my true love would come through
shes helped me with all your broken promises
shes healed my heart and left it soothed
she loves me like she did back in highschool
i shoulda known its always been her and not you

this is a poem of my feelings as of late and of the truth ive come to relise after my recent ex decided to keep me out of our soon to be kids life
