Manna From Heaven

One in twain yet marked on a blotted page intact
A challenge to be free is a question of time
People starving in our streets
Eyes blackened
The stench of death
God send forth bread to the masses
Now they can see
Through eyes of satin lined in illumination
Many hearts are helpless after the fall
Now a door way of hope covers them all
To be transformed into bread
A seed planted on river's edge
In time roots spring up out of the fertile soil
Quench our hunger from the manna sent from heaven
It's not a one stop shopping event at you local seven eleven
Cast aside your desire for the real bread
The word sown in the hearts of true believer's
Rescue us in our distress
As we labor' forth to enter into the rest
