A circulation of farmers in the distance A lake embeds the mere reflection of them Beyond the lake a castle nestled in fine formation The grass and brush covers a fisherman The silent whisper through the trees In ardent meadows to appease One can visibly see colors of vast radiant green A hollow escape of the fancy free Shadows haunt the elaborate decorum At waters edge you can touch the vibration of sound Captured through the noise of farmers in their alarm A beacon of light to a much hurting world in need To capture a memory in time The winding bend that goes through the lake Filter through a grand escape A nap sack from a villager The fisherman looks on Words can't express the timely moment with no regrets © 2017 Mario VitaleAuthor's Note
