These people drive me nuts- the ones that have to live from crisis to crisis and always follow the same patterns of mistakes and deflecting blame. They do indeed need to step outside their boxes and get some courage to amend for their own mistakes. I like the box metaphor, and that line in the sand that they draw- the useless boundaries people put up to provoke or invite argument.
