Being long retired, newly single after 25 mostly happy years of marriage, I was at a loss, I was quite lost. I made the mistake of moving into a senior community that, for the most part, housed people parked,lonely,waiting to die. This woman, Andrea, reached out to me.
What a beauty! It sounds as if it could continue.......

I moved out of that community once I realized it wasn’t for me; I may have been the youngest person there. Andrea is truly a remarkable woman, has lived all over the world. I wrote this for her before leaving quite a while ago.I came across it in my files, thought I should post it here.
A very sweet poem...and I've seen many senior living places and they depress me...so glad Andrea reached out to you, although no relationship is perfect, at least you felt love once more....very nice piece!
