Only You

Only You

A Poem by Moyo
"

Reflection

"

I'm sometimes like a bird that sings,

yet doesn't know how to use its wings.

I'm sometimes like that selfish infant

that loses his calm in less than an instant.

I'm sometimes a poet

that thinks that he wrote it,

but where is my song?

I'm sometimes like a great tree

that an axe has broken free,

but where is my heart?

I'm sometimes like a fish

that's on it's way to a dish,

but where is my decision?

I'm sometimes like a flame

that's trapped in her game,

but who will save me from rain?

Who can find my soul

in the cold shadows of this place?

Who can find my soul

and save me from death's warm embrace?

Who can find what she stole

and bring that smile to my face?

Only you and no one else but you.

When I'm not playing the guitar, composing music, or just singing, I like reading and writing. I have to say that my favorite genre is romance. I know that it's weird for a guy, but what can I say, I .. more..
