life is not an act in a play

life is not an act in a play

A Poem by MBUYISA

Life is not an act in a play

I am not a polite person who lives in poems

I am blessed and cursed by my time

Perhaps, a curse of my making

And a blessings, that I am faking

There is no worse death than end of hope

What tomorrow brings, I do not know

Life is hard, nothing like a television show

Or an act in a play written many years ago

I live for the purpose not mine

Robbed of a choice to decide my fate

By the master of hate and his kingdom that await

Made me sin and die by his tormenting spell

I’ll be committed to a lifetime in hell

Only you Lord Jesus can save me from this curse

Here I kneel and confess.

I can see that you are putting up a brave front to save your soul in the situation where you are in. It was not your choice, so it is a test. I can also see a very strong urge for redemption and living a truthful life.
Trust me step by step you can make it. My best wishes.

So much is lost when we lose hope and stop believing.

When you are broken and battered and all roads seem to be a dead end .You need only speak to whichever deity you call your own and your heart is eased and things become clear.

Beautifully stated, as it is only when w center within and focus on our connection to the divine that we can truly act with purpose.
