Truth or Dare?

Truth or dare? Pick one. One involves getting up and doing something which you know will be gruesome; the other involves you reveling something personal about yourself you would rather keep a secret. Both of these choices are crude and hurtful, neither of which you want to do. So it all comes down to staying in your seat, or getting up. Right now it’s late and you are with your friends surrounding a bonfire, and you are exhausted. When it comes to be your turn, you already have it in your mind to stay in your seat and you are bracing yourself for the worst. The question comes… you are warned that you are given two choices and you have to choose one. Your question is: “If you had the choice to remember everything you went through or to forget all of the horrible things, what would you choose and why?”

it would be wonderful if you could answer the question. i find this to be a really interesting fact and if you wish, i can answer the question myself. this question was actually asked to me once before while playing a game of truth or dare and it just got me thinking...

I would choose to remember everything that I went through because I feel that my experiences and memories define who I am and who I was so to lose that would be to lose myself.
