A Poet in Me

A Poet in Me

A Poem by Mary Bradley
"

Looking for Words

"
Words dance and entice
At all my wake times.
Beauty flitting in and out,
In my heart and mind.
Will this be ?
Won't it better be ?
Argh ! This is not meant to be !
Why ?!
A poet in me won't be satisfied !
Create Ye pen ! Create !
Fill my papers with wonders.
Catch the words that wander
A poet or a pirate should I call it ? Aaarrrgggghhhhh !

THE eloquence of words that fail, yet don't. They are here for all to see and captured wonderfully, from all those places they wander off to. very nicely written. Thank you for sharing.
