Alone

Alone

A Poem by Thomas Gates

Alone
Depressed
These to go hand in hand
Everyone across the land
Feels depressed at points
Everyone feels alone at points
We try
We cry
We hurt
We feel outcast
But know you never are
As long as someone is thinking of you
There is hope
There is home
There is no need for depression
Or the feeling of being alone.

I'm ready to move on. The past is the past and I must either focus on the future or the present. My world may be falling apart but I still have family, dreams, and my life(yes I said life not love). P.. more..
