These new feelings

I can't explain it, but it feels like as if  its love, but I dont know. So what are these new feelings that are confusing me. it make me cry at night, scream in my sleep. I need help, I dont know what to do. To many emotions, people leaving me, family dying. I can't take all these feelings all at once. It feels like a mixture of lust and depression.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
