Not a letter comes in mind nor a story to share. No flash of ideas to write.
I want to conquer the paper with my imaginations. I want to shout something - anything with my mighty pen. I want to paint life on the dull leaves. I want to draw smiles on each deadpans and quench the itching hands of a poet.
Out of words Out of ink Out of emotions Out of inspirations
I like the energy and the want of the poem. Writing is hard work and a worthwhile dream. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry for writing.

So beautifully said I can't write when I push too hard
and I don't rest my spirit and mind we need a break
now in then :) our spirit can grow weary if we don't get
a good sleep and eating and drinking plenty of water.
I learn not to take advantage of my writing gift
as it is from God that is the only way I can write
but Rhyming one word with another helps reading
relaxing listening to music or just looking at Gods beauty
like a lovely bird or the beautiful changing leaves and listening
to the silence outside how the wind blows like the Ocean.
BRAVO and BRAVO again I truly loved this piece
very nicely penned thank you for sharing I understand
how this feels but It to me is God and also at times my body
saying take a break just back away from it and reading the
bible inspires me as well I have done pieces on scriptures but yet
again that isn't me the Glory goes to god one I have
done was called my Flaming pen
inspired From this scripture
Psalms45:1 My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of things which
I have touching the King: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
And when we are calm and carry not stresses and
worries it will flow at times I write prayer poems
or let my frustrations out that helps with writing also :)
This will go into my Favorites you Did an Amazing Job
and thank you for your Kind review and comment you
left on my page.
Blessings. Benita

Yeah I'm sure every writer on the face of the earth can relate to this piece... Writers block is the worst thing that can happen to a writer... We strive to find the words to pen something new but no matter what we do the pen still won't write... It's almost like the pen itself won't let us ruin ourselves with something we might not be proud of later just because we want to write... I have told many people this when I was with my ex girlfriend I didn't write a single word for 5 years... Because I had no inspiration for how miserable I was... Now I am back to writing like I never stopped... So just know one day that pen will convey once more... Great job here describing how bad we want to write even when we can't...

Thank you for dropping by and for the wonderful review ^_^
Every writer has this tough moment of being completely stuck in their mind, yet nothing comes to mind of what to write. Writing is such a powerful thing, imagine if you couldn't write for a day...a week, a month even, what would happen then? Would your mind never stop racing if you suddenly lacked the ability to write? Scary thought, but it helps us hold onto the pen tighter so that doesn't come true. Writers always get writers block (it's a thing to be expected), yet those who aren't writers don't get it. Odd how that works...great write though! Full of inner longing and emotion.

From a hobby it became medication - making me feel good when I let the emotions out through my pen. It is a very important thing to me and has played a great role in my life. I wonder if when I will stop writing or if I can stop writing but as long as I have the pen and ink I will not stop. Inspirations will always come. Thank you for this great review ^_^

My brother got me into it when I was about 8 years old (he was in highschool at this time, a sophomore, I think) and he told me how easy it was. That I could just write about anything and everything and use my imagination to tell a story. I began writing about my stuffed animals first, though the stories weren't amazing. But I really didnt understand or get into poetry until sixth grade with our poetry unit. By that time, I enjoyed telling stories in such a way with not having to write out a whole novel each time. It really helped me throughout high school and that's really when I've discovered that I had a talent for it and that I wanted to go far with it. I tell people that I want to be a writer, but they all seem to just scoff at me, brush it off as if I'm joking. I'm doing all I can to be the best writer I can be for myself and keep my head up and show everyone that writing is able to take me somewhere...

My friends always say that I instead should keep dreaming because given that I'm from a very far island and writers are not famous here, I feel like my dream of becoming a writer is near to impossible. But that doesn't stop me. It's like the pen is always alluring me to write more and more. Haha glad someone could really relate to my poems ^_^ Thank you so much Svetlana!

I feel that anyone has the ability to be a writer, but it takes true patience and dedication in order to make the dream come to life. In this day and age, we can be whoever and whatever we want to be without bothering to hesitate on thinking about it. As long as you have the passion and drive for your writing, then you will be a writer. If you believe in yourself as a writer, then you will be one. We writers need to gain our self confidence through the page, bleeding through the pen. Making ourselves come to life. We are writers, no matter who knows and who doesn't. There's just certain things we need to learn when it comes to technique and different writers works from the past, then how to use whatsoever around us for inspiration in order to tell our stories. There's no problem with dreaming, so keep dreaming cause lately, I feel that's the only inner freedom we have left.

There were times when I want to give it up because of the negative feedback I get about less opportunities in writing career but as long as there are people who appreciate my works and there are still things to write then I will write. This site helped me develop my passion in so many ways and I'm glad to have meet you guys, amazing writers! Thank you so much!

I remember in 8th grade we had to write poems for our class book thing and my sister and mom found one of mine that I wrote, they read it and began to laugh hysterically. I pretended to laugh along like it was no big deal, but deep down, I was about to break down and give up. Of course, that was when I was first starting out as a writer, so I didn't quite have a talent or proper technique down just yet, but somehow, I told myself not to give up. My brother told me not to give up, if I truly wanted it. He gave me a booklet of his old poetry and prose and it really helped inspire me, push me forward. He's been a cheerleader for me, if I have no one else. I'm glad I found this site too, so I'm able to meet wonderful writers from all over and read and review their work! I'm always here to support you!
