Olen paska. Olen säälittävä. Olen luuseri. Olen arvoton. vain pitää kävely, en ole vaivan arvoista aikaa. jätä minua olla. Olen paska.

(english translation:

I'm crap. I'm pathetic. I'm a loser. I am worthless. just keep walking, I'm not worth your time. leave me be. I'm crap.)
