The fire of desireA Poem by Matthew Palmer-JonesBurning desire
The glance, the follow of the eye. . .
The wide spread smile, and the burning blush of the cheeks. . . The rub of the index finger against the thumb, the rocking of the foot from the ball to the heel. . . The shudder of the shoulders, the chill of burning excitement down the spine. . . The growl in the throat, the deep inhale. . . The display of the bottom teeth, and flashing eyes burning in desire. . . The pull of the hips to the waist, the grasp of the lower back with the hands. . . The deep brush of the chin against the shoulder. . . The bite of affection and desire into the shoulder. . . The dig of the fingernails into the forearms. . . The teeth grinding against the skin. . . You can see the red mist in the air. . .
