hush my loveA Poem by Matome MasipaTamed by a butterfly
Hush my love, we will cry someday.
Let no rushing rain pour down our way; Not right now, while we still have this day; Let me feel your love warm me inside, Cause one day ,some way, we will find time; Time to cry, time to sing, all this pain away. Let not even death drown us in pain. Cause when we die, we don't die, our flesh sleeps, and our spirits remain. But grief blinds us from seeing and remembering,we turn to dust in the wind, and we still live on, immortally- when my spirit lingers near. You breathe me inside you. Along with the caress of the air, keeping me in your blood till I circulate with your entire being and reach in your heart. So Hush my love do not cry for me when I turn into clouds. turn into rain, turn into air, become a part of your inner being, become a part of a heart that loves me dearly and truly-emotionally and spiritually... it's silly to think in such a way(believe me I know), I was just simply reminding you that I am after all a part of the universe, therefore I am the universe, I can not die. Not while you possess and preserve me in your mind, your body your soul. Not while you acknowledge my existence, not while I still love you this deeply with words to paint for you a crystal picture so you can see the value and weight of saying to you, I love you more than many things in the world.
