Overcoming fear of criticism

What you don't realize is that you were not afraid to fail. You were afraid letting other people see you fail. Because most of the time, you seek external validation before doing the internal work to change yourself from within.

You were never afraid to take the risk. But your were afraid when people criticize you for taking the risk. You were so wrap up in an identity that gives other people so much power to make you or break you. People can be sincere and be sincerely wrong in their approach.

Don't give them that power anymore. Their opinions are not your problems. Don't let external validation define your internal identity.

Don't let the fear of being seen, judged or criticized stop you. If anything, let it empower you and see how great transformations truly begin from the inside out.
