Self Hate

Drown my soul in desolation
Devour my heart in ragged pieces
My screams will summon my demons to feast
And call forth devils to dance on my grave

Bury me in quiet desperation
Crushing me under the weight of hopelessness
The loathing fingers digging deep in my skull
Tearing my mind to paper-thin shreds

Pull out slowly my binding threads
Peel apart the fetid layers
Rotted through and blighteed by dreams
Crushed under the heels of righteous self-depredation

I scream and rage inside myelf
Locked in a prison of my own volitation
Condeming myself to scathing agony
Writhing in the grasp of my self-made torment
