Our little time together

This poem is dedicated to those with whom I shared a great rapport while working. They made work easy and smooth when they were around. We all need such colleagues cum friends in our work-life.

Our little time together

A smile from a distance reassures me

There is a like minded one near me

"Close the shutter down of your shop" she says

Only to find neither work at her counter ever ends

Such a busy schedule and we don't lie

But we steal time for a cup of chai

The fast food doesn't matter

The noise in the cafeteria doesn't matter

The Bond & connection we share does matter

Some meaningless jokes and endless laughter

This is how we spent our little time together
