MODERN POEMS

"'the old narco-centric deterritorialization con:' the modern Junkie.
Making a-spects of technologies/the modern productive forces.
'The Revolution' will not happen on the internet -
it is nothing. Nothing really happens even though it is
a mode of production today.
I'm not trying to disprove Marx superficially speaking -
I am a Marxist."
            - William S. Burroughs{spectre} in 2011

one should never quote a writer
whose work one has never read in full -
I feel comfortable quoting Sartre, Burroughs,
Deleuze, Foucault and Freud;
I could even write 'for-them' in their absence -
though I would be weary
of suffering 'as' an arrogant man
 - such ego!

If I could decipher what to agree or disagree with I would! This is so brief and yet seems to say even less - I guess I just don't get it. :)
