The blood groups diet also recommends various supplements to cope up with digestion issues and any other troubles related to them. Type A blood must focus on a meat-free diet which is based on vegetables, fruits, beans and legumes, in addition, to whole grains specially fresh and organic. People with blood group A diet can benefit from above mentioned diet plan as they have slightly sensitive immune system.
