Don't let your age get in the way of anything
"Wow, 16 and already going to college? You must be so smart!"
"37 and barely going to college...?"
That 16 year old might end up becoming a stripper when they grow up. (Harsh, I know...)
That 37 year old might become something greater.
But who will ever know?
She never got any support...

This one hits hard to my gut. I feel the social conscience of our responsibility to nurture and encourage one another. For so many it is simply not there and talents are wasted on many mean streets. Strong and stark is your poem. Nice job!
