What Do I Have?

What Do I Have?

A Poem by Janette Jets

You have the kind of hair that my fingers can get caught up in
You have the height that gives me difficulties to easily kiss you
You have the capability of drawing a gorgeous canvas (although it becomes a con knowing you've drawn other girls)
You have surprising morals, that give me a smile to know that you're not all troublemaking
You have a great memory for many unusual things
You have great intelligence, intelligence that can't be taught
You have small hands, for personal reasons, thank god...
You have me
and if you love me, this possession shouldn't upset you
and if you don't, I'm so sorry...

to have large feelings of love for another and not know for sure if they are returned, is a terrible tragedy. I like the use of the title in this. It could easily be the ending line with a title something like "You Have". The way you have done it is more powerful thinks i. Nice job with this honest expression.
