prison drama monologue

prison drama monologue

A Story by marshyman

As the late great William Shakespeare once wrote

Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer

The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,

Or to take arms against a sea of troubles.

The answer is glaringly obvious to me.

Take arm against those who have caused you the outrageous fortune and have left you in this sea of troubles.

Well that’s what I think.

I tell you I would never let those infested juvenile delinquents hurt anybody ever again.

They caused me so much pain taking my loved ones from me.

That is why the festering corpses of those monsters rot in cupboard in their own homes.

Their families called you yesterday to inform you of my monstrous deed those bodies have been there for months.

You dare to insinuate I am the monster.

They made me this monster.

They gave me this thirst for blood.

Yeah it isn’t leaving.

I have killed more than just those soldiers

And yes more will die in prison.

Prison will let me kill more monsters.

Yes I do think I’m a hero.

No I am a hero.

Dark and amusing--very nice. There's a really interesting character in here. I would just suggest that you put the Shakespeare bit in quotes so it flows better while reading.
